❓ How do I close my account?
If you wish to close your account, first withdraw all your balances to an external wallet. Then, contact our support team from your registered email requesting account closure. For security reasons, we may ask for identity verification before permanently deleting your account.

- **Network Fees:** Small fees apply to cover blockchain processing. - **Platform Fees:** We aim to keep fees minimal and transparent. - **Transaction Limits:** Limits depend on your account level and verification. Higher limits can be unlocked after completing identity checks for compliance and safety.
⚠️ How do I avoid scams and "high-risk" addresses?
Always double-check wallet addresses before sending funds. Never send money to someone promising guaranteed returns or asking you to “double” your coins. Use only trusted exchanges, merchants, or addresses you control. If an address is flagged as suspicious by our system, avoid sending funds to it.

📱 What is a trusted device, and how do I enable it?
A **trusted device** is a phone or computer you mark as safe for logging into your account. When enabled, logins from new devices require additional verification. To set it up: log into your account, go to **Security Settings**, and select “Mark this device as trusted.” Only do this on personal devices you control.
🌍 Can I use SXD anywhere in the world?
Yes. StodX is borderless and can be sent or received globally. However, some countries may restrict access due to local regulations. Always check the rules in your region.
🔑 I lost my password, what do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password securely. If you also lost access to your email, contact support for recovery options. Remember: we can never recover your private keys — keep them safe!
